Effective March 25, 2026, Pier Two Holdings Pty Ltd has been wholly acquired by Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc (NYSE: BMNR).

Bitmine is a Bitcoin and Ethereum Network company focused on the accumulation of crypto for long term investment. Bitmine is the largest Ethereum Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) company in the world, and the second largest DAT in the world.

Bitmine’s Chairman, Tom Lee, has announced the upcoming launch of the company’s proprietary staking platform, Made in America Validator Network (MAVAN), set for early 2026. We are thrilled to join Bitmine and to become part of the MAVAN platform.
